Hello!
I have Windows 2008 Server with Backup future added. User BackupAdmin with "Administrators" permissions (Administrators group).
When i trying run wbadmin (for expl wbadmin /?) i recive error:

"ERROR - Access denied. You must be a member of the Administrators group or
Backup Operators group to use Windows Server Backup and you must run WBADMIN
with elevated privileges. For example, open the Command Prompt with the Run as
administrator option and then type WBADMIN <command>."

and in event log i can see some record too:
Log Name:      System
Source:        Microsoft-Windows-DistributedCOM
Date:          23.04.2009 13:32:46
Event ID:      10016
Task Category: None
Level:         Error
Keywords:      Classic
User:          server\backupadmin
Computer:      server
Description:
The application-specific permission settings do not grant Local Activation permission for the COM Server application with CLSID
{37734C4D-FFA8-4139-9AAC-60FBE55BF3DF}
to the user server\backupadmin SID (S-1-5-21-43943877-2686914732-3561349057-1009) from address LocalHost (Using LRPC). This security permission can be modified using the Component Services administrative tool.

I can't understand why wbadmin don't run properly?!
I tried to look to component services and added correct lunch\activate permissions to dcom appl with clsid 37734C4D-FFA8-4139-9AAC-60FBE55BF3DF (this is Microsoft Block Level Backup Service) but options for this clsid not active!!! (gray fon) :(

How can i fix this error?

PS with built-in administrator account all work fine...
