I recently restored my computer to factory settings and backed up all my personal information to an external hard drive. I was trying to restore my files from the hard drive but "HP Recovery Manager Failed. Error code= FFFFFF 15" pops up. Once
i exit the screen, it shuts don the restoration process. WHAT SHOULD I DO!. I just want my continue with life already............
