Hardening Windows server 2008 r2

Hi all,

I want easy steps to do harden windows server 2008 r2, i read http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/gg236605.aspx. i understood that want to use SCM,MBSA,SCW tool complete the hardening process ? and I want to know how to take security group report from that? and also easy steps to do hardening, because am newbie ?
