DPM consistency check failure

Hi,

I am trying to make a backup off VM's, but it is failing with the following error's.

I am running server 2012 and using DPM 2012 SP1, the VM server's are still on 2008 R2:

This error is on the one VM server:

"Error in backup of C:\windows\\systemroot\ during enumerate: Error [0x8007007b] The filename, directory name, or volume label syntax is incorrect."

this is for a SharePoint server, this is for a system state.

this is the error I get on DPM 2012 it self:

"Affected area: Computer\System Protection
Occurred since: 2013-06-24 04:46:30 PM
Description: The replica of System Protection Computer\System Protection on Server01.local is inconsistent with the protected data source. All protection activities for data source will fail until the replica is synchronized with consistency check. You can recover data from existing recovery points, but new recovery points cannot be created until the replica is consistent.

For SharePoint farm, recovery points will continue getting created with the databases that are consistent. To backup inconsistent databases, run a consistency check on the farm. (ID 3106)
DPM cannot create a backup because Windows Server Backup (WSB) on the protected computer encountered an error (WSB Event ID: 546, WSB Error Code:  0x38D360). (ID 30229 Details: Internal error code: 0x80990ED0)
